In this community spotlight, we're highlighting three remarkable members who have demonstrated exceptional consistency and achieved impressive results both in their mindfulness practice and token rewards.
Sarah J. - 120-Day Streak
"Before Meditra, I tried meditation apps several times but always fell off after a few weeks," says Sarah, a software developer from Toronto. "The token rewards created just enough extra motivation to help me push through those initial difficult weeks, and now meditation has become as essential to my morning as coffee."

Anika, a graduate student in psychology, initially joined Meditra for research purposes but quickly became one of our most dedicated users. With a background in cognitive science, she's been documenting the effects of consistent practice on her attention and emotional regulation.
"I was skeptical about the token model at first, worried it might create extrinsic motivation that could undermine the intrinsic benefits of meditation," she admits. "But I've found the opposite to be true - the tokens served as training wheels until the practice itself became rewarding enough to stand on its own."
Anika has contributed valuable feedback to our platform development and recently published a research paper using anonymized data from the Meditra community (with proper permissions) to demonstrate the correlation between meditation consistency and self-reported well-being scores.
